One of the interesting new products at the 2024 Outdoor Retailer show was the RESTUBE flotation device from Grand Trunk. Philipp Thonemann demonstrated how the flotation device starts folded up neatly inside a small carry-on pocket that straps around your waist. Pulling a chord on the pocket inflates the RESTUBE from a compact C02 canister to make a flotation device that one can hang on to, use as a signal for rescue, or hand to another person requiring a flotation device.
